Return Policy

Ready-made covers are typically booked with the courier and dispatched within 1–4 hours. Once your order has been collected by the courier, it cannot be redirected. If the item is delivered and needs to be returned, a return fee will be deducted from your refund. The refund will be processed once the item has been returned to us.

Custom-made covers can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. Please note that a 5% fee will be deducted from the canceled portion of the order to cover merchant and administrative costs.

Yes, you can return your ready-made cover for store credit, which is valid for 12 months. You must submit a return request within 7 days of receiving your delivery.

Custom-made covers cannot be returned due to a change of mind or wrong size ordered.

Note: We will respond to your return request with an inbound authorization number. Please do not send any packages to the warehouse without first receiving this number. Deliveries without an inbound authorization number may be misallocated at the warehouse and may not be refunded.

Please fill in your invoice number, full name, order date, email address, and reason for return in the return form below. Within 2 business days of receiving your form, we will email you a return/inbound number, warehouse address, and contact details. Please note that covers can only be returned within 7 days of receiving the order due to change of mind or wrong size.

Note: Please do not send your parcel to the warehouse without first receiving an inbound number. Deliveries without inbound numbers may be misallocated within the warehouse and might not be refunded.

Please note that a restocking fee of $29 will be deducted from the refund. This fee covers the costs involved in checking the returned cover, repackaging, restocking, and merchant fees. Original delivery charges are non-refundable, and return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. If the order is canceled within 24 hours, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund. This fee covers merchant fees that are non-refundable to the seller and order processing.
